This training is designed to improve the participants in communicating clearly and effectively to get the correct message across to internal as well as external customers in order to achieve an objective.

Participants are expected to be aware of communicating competently in speaking and writing, after the training sessions which would bring them back from the foundation level to the business environment levels.

Other key skills taught would also include speaking and writing on critical thinking, problem solving, translating thoughts to action and etc
