Human Resources personnel have a major role in ensuring that the company is operating and managing its employees by complying to the various Malaysia Labour Laws. Operational line managers too have varying degrees of involvement in Human Resources related activities and it is critical that they too understand, and work within best practice and comply with legislation. This workshop will give the participants an overview of the important Labour Laws of Malaysia that applies to their workplace. This workshop includes latest proposed amendments and amendments in Budget 2023. Participants will explore unfamiliar aspects and learn how they can contribute to the development of their company’s most important asset – its people.
