Incoterms, widely-used terms of sale, are a set of 11 internationally recognized rules which define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers. Incoterms specify who is responsible for paying for and managing the shipment, insurance, documentation, customs clearance, and other logistical activities.  This course will provide a step by step explanation on the 11 incoterms introduced by the ICC in its latest edition called Incoterms @2020 which came into effect on 1.1.2020. and how to apply these terms to international trade in general and Malaysian Customs in particular.
