b) Learn how to identify risks, costs, severity & impact to the company .
c) Brief on the consequences of repeated problems and how much it costs and
impact the profitability margin.

2) Strategy 1 – Problem Analysis & Pareto Prioritization
a) Define the source of the problems to get clarity on the source & actual
causes.
b) Set the right Priority to focus on the issue.
c) Learn how to determine the cost factors.
d) Workshop activity.

2.00pm ~ 3.30pm

3) Strategy 2 – Trouble Shooting on the Causes & Obstacles
a) Identify strategy in finding the causal factor via brainstorming technique.
b) Analyze the source and the various obstacles in the process.
c) Formulate action plans, interaction plan and preventive measures to address
the issues.
d) Workshop activity.
