Ms. Tan LK is a founding partner of Messrs Yeoh Shim Siow & Lay Kuan. Her practice covers a broad range of areas including family disputes, corporate and commercial, real estate and development disputes, tenancy disputes and strata management issues. She has been appointed by shopping mall, developers and listed companies to advice on civil, corporate, construction, contracts, commercial and property related matters.
Prior to forming Messrs Yeoh Shim Siow & Lay Kuan, she practices at her own firm, Messrs Lay Kuan & Co., after working closely with YA. Tuan Nadzarin bin Wok Nordin (prior to his appointment to the judiciary) in Messrs Nadzarin Kuok Puthucheary & Tan.
LK is a certified HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. She has experience in giving talks and presentation for more than 6 years in various areas of laws. She is dedicated to the legal profession as well as passing the legal knowledge to audience and applies it in their respective work place.
